Direct Billing

Direct billing is available to many major insurance providers to help make your visit as convenient as possible. If you are unsure whether your insurance company is supported, please feel free to contact me before your appointment.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for as much notice as possible.

• More than 24 hours' notice: No cancellation fee.

• Less than 24 hours' notice: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service will apply.

• Missed appointments (no-shows): The full appointment fee (100%) will be charged.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to respect the appointments of other clients. The full treatment fee may still apply.

Outstanding balances must be paid before or at your next appointment unless other arrangements have been made. I understand that unexpected emergencies happen, and exceptional circumstances will always be considered with care and understanding.
